The overall experience was good the quoted price did not change and the not running car I had transported arrived just fine. If I need a car moved again I would definitely use this company. The only thing that could be improved is a clear understanding of what the driver needs in terms of help on the pick up end and delivery end. Luckily we were able to give him the minor assistance he needed. Also the driver only accepted cash even though check or cashiers check were meant to be an option. I was prepared with cash luckily but it could have been a problem. It would be preferable to be able to pay the whole delivery cost through auto transport 123 and let them disburse the compensation to the driver.
