Irene was great to work with. This is my first time ever transporting a vehicle across states and it couldn't have been more nerve recking with leaving the transporting of my 1963 Chevy Impala SS, in someone else's hands. Irena assured me everything would be OK and assured me that everything that was in the contract including price would not change. Everything she told me, from the first quote price, the process the transport would happen in, to the amount of time it would take to make this happen, never changed. Another thing I was happy with was that my car was never moved around on the truck. The place it was in when it left, is the place it was in when it arrived. Never rearranged. Everything was right on que. There was actually one thing that happened differently then I was told from the beginning. My car actually got here sooner than the estimated date in which I was very happy with. The least time my car was out there on the road in someone elses hands the better it made me feel. The drivers communication with me was excellent. My car got here safely in the condition it left California. I would recommend Auto Transport 123 to everyone! Thank you Irene & Auto Transport 123.
