Brian was very easy to talk with. He was very knowledgeable about the area and forthcoming with the entire process. The transaction was professional and easy. I had a request on the delivery end to have the car dropped off before noon and he was very accommodating as was the driver. My brother who received the car was very happy and said everything went perfect as expected on his end. Although, we had a slight misunderstanding with the COD and reservation amounts, the final price never changed and Janine was very patient until confirmations could be made and payment could be completed. I would definitely use this company again if I needed to have another car delivered.

(the misunderstanding was the driver charged $100 less on his end than was agreed upon, thereby shorting Autotransport 123. After the amounts were confirmed, we compensated the difference and the issue was resolved)
