Horrible Experience

Ross,

My truck finally arrived in Texas yesterday,12 DAYS LATE. the truck was damaged, the mirror was broken and the emergency break handle and cable were broke, the trucking company assumes no responsibility and denies they are responsible, that was NOT how the truck was picked up from my home in NJ.also Auto transport customer service has done nothing to help or have the decience to return a phone call.


Also i found out that they would not accept my Credit Card and that it would be cash only, thanks Ross for Lieing to me several times on the phone that my credit card could be used on delivery.also you lied to me that your company is not a Broker and that you own the trucks. its really patthetic and SAD that you would do business this way. also you told me that my credit card would only be charged a small fee at most $225 that was a Lie, you charged me $275.

I have reached out AUTO TRANSPORT SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT ANYONE RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS.

please do yourself a favor and do not use this company, it was a complete nightmare from the very beginning. I paid $1175 for my truck to be shipped that was alot of money to have such horrible service. they will tell you what you want to here, especially that they are family owned and not a broker, that is not the truth.
