I had called a couple of different brokers for quotes to have my car transported from CA to FL, and initially went with the slightly lower price (roughly $200 less). Everything seemed to be ok until the day before my scheduled pickup (Friday before my big move). Suddenly I couldn't reach the dispatcher to confirm my appointment with the driver, and I couldn't reach the driver. The big day arrived...and I couldn't reach anyone. At 4pm Friday I finally reached the salesman I'd worked with, and I'll save THAT review for Yelp. Don't ever book Premier Auto Shippers.
About 15min after I got off the phone with that guy, I called Anthony back at Auto Transport 123. Not only did he calm me down in just a few sentences, he managed to arrange for a pickup that next Monday so that I could send my car off on its way before I flew out on Tuesday at 6am. The service was excellent. From Anthony's phone manners to the driver who picked up my car, to delivery and follow-up to confirm that I was comfortable and everything was going smoothly and delivery was satisfactory.
Save yourself the trouble I went through, call Anthony and book with Auto Transport 123.
