Nicole Carter was very nice and helpful in answering my questions.
I had a difficult route from Morristown Vermont to San Diego California, so when I called Nicole to ask about the truck pick up status, she always answered the phone and if she was busy, she would call me right back.
After the truck was located for this route, which took about 5 days, I paid the down payment, and the next day the truck picked up my car. The truck picked up my car on Saturday morning and delivered it to me on Friday afternoon as expected.
