this company is a company that coordinates the pick up and drop off of your vehicle. For the most part the service was well. the only problem i had was that it took them an additional 4 days to get my car picked up when i was told that it would have been picked up on time. Apparently, the cost i was quoted was not enough to get a Truck driver to pick up my car. After about 3 of me calling multiple times a day to figure out why my car hadnt been picked up i finally got a straight answer that i need to offer more money because the $750 i was originally quoted was not enough. so after offer $950 i finally got a truck driver. i do however completely understand that it is "moving season" but i would have preferred to have been told that up front instead of having to wait 4 days just to get it picked up, and an additional 3 travel days. which ended up costing me $355 for a rental car for the week. i will however strongly compliment my customer service rep, Rachelle. she was a wonderful person to call and never showed me attitude or got upset a single time in all my calls. She also tried returning my calls and tried very hard to figure out what the hold up was. Because of her i did not give this organization a below average rating. i hope they can see they have a great employee in her and keep her around and promote her due to her positive addition to this organization.
