Overall this was a quick and painless process. My only complaint was that I was not contacted about the pick-up date ahead of time and had to call in to verify when that would be happening. However, that was only 2 days after I had signed the contract, and to my surprise, the car was being picked up that day. The car arrived without any damage and the driver was very nice. We had scheduled a 6:00 am drop off and the car arrived at 6:45, but the driver did call to let me know that he would be late and considering the distance, 45 minutes didn't really matter. I was very iffy about the whole process as it was my first time shipping a vehicle, but I am very satisfied with how everything went.
