Overall happy with the service. Steve was great to deal with, and was much quicker in responding than the competition to my request of shipping out of my NY pick up location. Driver was there at 10pm on scheduled date of pick up, and dropped vehicle 7 days later. Driver returned my texts as we got closer to the scheduled drop off date. Driver stated he would be dropping off at 6am, but arrived at 12:30. Some damage noted during shipping that was note documented at pick up time and hope to be resolved by Steve in the near future
