Yuri, We are so sorry to hear about the experience you had with one of the carriers we subcontract to. We do our very best to ensure that all of our customers have positive experiences with the carriers we send out. It is unfortunate that the behavior of one individual, who is not even employed by our company, can have such an impact on your opinion of us but unfortunately that is the nature of this industry. We have spoken with the carrier, and they have assured us that the driver on this order will no longer be hauling any cars that come from AT123. We look forward to an opportunity to redeem ourselves in your eyes Yuri and show you that your first experience is the exception not the rule. We were happy to hear that you did enjoy working with Irene though, she is always a favorite amongst her customers, just regrettable that she cant control more of the transport for you.
