Overall easy and reliable. However, car arrived later than alloted period due to troubles with the truck along the way Somewhat difficult to get ahold of driver and would have appreciated more updates on what was going on since they were late And the car was really dirty when I got it- had to get a carwash right away. But car was safe and items inside were safe so that's all I really care about.
