Steve worked very well with my mother and was very patient in working with me. The transport arrived a day earlier than expected. The car was dirty and a little bit of oil leaked from the car above onto my automobile. The driver offered to clean it up but I was going to get it washed anyway so not a big deal. Overall everyone was pretty great.
