The pick up and delivery was made as promised. Lous Sims my salesman made numerous calls back to me to answer a lot questions I had about the service and teh contract and was very polite and knowledgeable..In my opinion the key to a satisfactory experience is the selection of the carrier Jeremy Trucking Co., owned and operated by a father/son team. I loaded the car with them but was not there for the drop off. The driver took extra care in loading and fastening/securing the car to insure that there were nbo lose straps that would damage the car iin transit. The driver put my car in his garage at no charge as he arrived earlier than I anticipated.
In general when dealing with brokers and almost all are, while some are truck owners and brokers, make sure you read the contract carefully re their obligation and exemptions for meeting/not meeting the dates. Usually the costs are flexible depending on the time of year. For ex. this route is not in high demand as it is in fall and spring when snow birds travel back north, and east. Ck Insurance, deductibles, gap insurance. Take pictures of your car, have the driver sign a release FROM YOU attesting the condition, mileage, inside outside marks etc.
