Let me start by saying that Irene from Auto Transport 123 provided me with great customer services, she seems to always be busy but she manage my calls/emails and responded in a timely manner. I originally set the first available date for pick up on June 18, 2015, Irene notified me that there was a 4 days window for the driver to pick it up, and that's how it was, the subcontractor (truck driver's company) picked up on Friday June 19 by 6:30pm. During the quote rate phase, Irene said it will take 7-10 business days to deliver the car to San Diego California from Virginia, so I made arrangements of rental car according to this estimate. However, when the car was pick up on Friday the driver informed me that he was going to deliver on Monday June 22, 2014 (3 days delivery) instead, although I had a little be of rush trying to find someone to pick up on the other side, and the fact that I incurred in additional expenses, such as the rental car while in Virginia, I had to say I'm glad that my car got there before me, The car was deliver in perfect conditions, no scratch or damage and the truck driver was calling me all the time to keep me inform of where he was. Overall my experience was good and I recommend this company as well that if I move again, I will use their service one more time.
