Fraudulent charge

Had many issues looking for a company since they all promised things and could not deliver. Talked with Nicole Carter and she stated that she had a truck that would be picked up on Sat. 6/6/2015. As we talked I stated that if it doesn't go out that day that I don't want there service. She stated that I would not have to pay anything unless the vehicle was picked up. On 6/6 no one was calling so called Nicole Carter and she told me that the truck broke down and at that time I let her know that I didn't want there service anymore. She said that was fine and that I wouldn't be charged and I could be out of my contract. 2 days later she called me again to see if I still wanted to ship the vehicle and I said no I would be driving myself and again she said no problem.

Today 6/16/2015, I see a charge for $100.00 on my account for no service, no transport, nothing. Tried contacting Nicole Carter and of course no call back or responding to my messages.

Wish that these companies would be fined 10 times the amount of the charge. Just like everything else charging you for something they did not do or live up to their end of the deal.

Never, never use this place. And for Nicole Carter I would never trust anything that comes out of her mouth.
