The good: The car did arrive on time and without damage For this, I'm giving them a higher rating.

Problems: I didn't get advance notice of the carrier name etc.. before I was able to handover my keys. I had to be on hold for 15-20 minutes multiple times to confirm who the carrier was. The customer service agent I was assigned, quit his job during this and told me that this company had bad management practices. Now, I'm not here to judge, maybe he was a disgruntled employee or maybe not, but I should've received prompt service from another representative which I didn't. I was hung up/transferred to other lines that kept going to voicemail several times.

Overall, it was a bit painful to deal with customer service but I'm glad the car was here earlier than I had hoped and in good condition.
