Monique from the New York office contacted me the morning after I submitted my request for a quote online. She was prepared with a quote at that time for the move and I accepted. I thought the quote was very fair. The company used an e-signature program which was very convenient compared to traditional print/sign/scan/email. The drivers showed up on-time (or early at delivery) and were very professional. I would definitely use this company again for subsequent moves
