We looked online and saw a lot of nightmares about auto-transport but we were fortunate enough to speak with Sue Garrison, who was quite candid about how the process works and put us more at ease. We explained that we would need our car in Texas as soon as possible, and not a month later, as some of the negative posts suggested. Fortunately, there are drivers running the I-10 from Los Angeles coast to coast regularly. To our surprise, Sue Garrison more than came through for us! Not only was there a driver (Razvan of Brown Bear Carriers) available to pick-up that evening but he would drop at our destination two days later. Sue stayed in touch the entire time and also made certain that the pick-up had been made, followed to destination and confirmed that the car dropped as promised. I cannot praise Sue Garrison of Transport 123 and Razvan of Brown Bear Carriers enough. They are awesome! Five Stars....book through them for your auto-transport needs and you will be very happy.
