Excellent communication from Jimmy. Driver was dispatched only a few days after the target "first requested" date. Driver who was dispatched called and arrived on time, pickup went smoothly. Took a day longer than expected to arrive at destination but that was due to poor weather - I had no trouble contacting the driver.

All in all a positive experience.
