I was dealing with may different companies to find the right one. I like the way Janice was able to explain that my vehicle would not go on the board. I also like the family owned business. She explained the process and was quick to respond when needed. She did a great job in dealing with me and even getting back to me in the "bad weather" when they were not in the office. I would recommend Janice to deal with if I had to move another vehicle.
