I have used this transport company before and it was great service. This time around I used them again and booked two weeks in advance. On the original date of pick up there was bad weather and a bit of a mix up. I was a bit agitated and when I called and spoke to Janine she helped fix my problem and made sure that I had my car at the earliest possible date. She was extremely busy and swamped but she made my request a priority and I really appreciate her help
