There's alot to be said about research and planning - by both the broker and the customer. Since I never moved a car before, I had high hopes of being walked through the process, trusting advertising and using reviews to know the pitfalls in advance. AutoTransport123 got the job done and ahead of schedule with an excellent shipper, BZB. Since I was a novice at this, I had trouble relinquishing responsibility to move this special vehicle. AT123 was persistent (and confident) and although they held their cards close, prevailed getting the car picked up early and delivered to a not so easy or desirable location - one pays the price for that. If you are planning to move a car, be prepared to "let go" and have the professionals do their magic behind the curtain. That's just the industry until I can be shown otherwise. Brokers are nationwide but I would still want one familiar with the region and AT123 was that firm.
