I really don't leave to many reviews, however, Irene at the Autotransport 123 really deserves one.
She emailed me a few weeks prior to me purchasing the car in MD because I was looking for quotes and I never got back to her. I fell for a smooth talking broker who was CHEAP and promised to have my high-end car picked up on time and delivered on time.
Well 4 days before I was about to travel needed confirmations and needed the deal done the broker never responded with the info so I PANICKED. I remembered Irene at AUTOTRANSPORT123 and called her right away. She started explaining that the company I was working with was not as professional, honest or able to deliver. She was right.
From that point on Irene took the order and within 15 minutes had a full contract for me to ESIGN by mobile, confirmed the pick up times, got me the truck drivers number and CONFIRMED the dates I need because of airline travel.
AWESOME!!
I put the car on the truck went on vacation arrived yesterday and just picked up my car this morning as promised. In time and on budget!
I would use them again and recommend them!
