It was my first experience moving and car and I found that the car service agent tends to talk more jargony for a layman. It's a little difficult if you don't have experience. The company was generally ok, but they weren't great at returning calls. The driver, however, drove my car an extra 40 miles while he had it (despite only putting it on the truck and off). That was a huge issue.
