This was my first time to ship with autotransport 123 and my third time to ship something cross country (NY-CA and vice versa)...
Overall, the experience with Mechalia and Autotransport 123 was great.. and it only falls short of excellent because of the delivery delay by a few days.. I understand things do happen that is beyond control that cause a delay but thought that was worth mentioning ... and because this isn't my first time to ship a vehicle, I know that someone else out there delivered on time.
