This was a great, open and honest experience for me. My Jeep was picked as scheduled, I was notified of the pickup, transit time and 30 mins prior to delivery. The driver (Gary) was very professional and walked me through how the vehicle was loaded, identified dings and scratches on the vehicle prior to pickup, which I was aware of, and then unloaded the vehicle. Again, great experience and well worth the money.
