I was a bit nervous and concerned about handing my vehicle over to someone to have transported, literally, across the country. The thought of what could happen made me very uneasy. This was the first transport recommended to me, but is still did my Research and spoke with many carriers. I initially spoke with Tara, who was 110% courteous and professional, she gave me a detailed explanation about every concern I had. This took a majority of my tension away.
Pickup date was scheduled for 3 days after I signed contract, but a dealer issue came up and the day of pickup. When this happened, Casey was there to help me out, and my contract was put on hold until the situation was worked out.
Let me point out, that in these types of situations, many companies easily take advantage of you, but this was not the case here. After the dealer issues were worked out, I contact Casey to reschedule pickup. My car was picked up two days later, on a Monday, and delivered to my door on Saturday morning.
Stellar service and support. I will absolutely recommend and use their service in the future.
