They pulled my review from yesterday upon the following grounds: "The reason for removal is that Auto Transport 123 is unable to locate your order and has no way of proving that you are a customer of theirs." Here is the email from Keith himself, "

This is the proof that he knows about my order and had my review pulled because he didn't like it. I will repost this everyday I promise auto transport 123. FYI; they have called me 7 times today after seeing the initial review. As well, I called the other company today and asked if at123 had dropped the listing and he said, " He wasn't very happy about it but he did it".
Original review below:
Irene started off nice in the initial call, promised me pick up by July 8th. I called on July 7th and spoke to Casey and was told they would call when they had more info. I informed her(Casey) what Irene had promised me and she said there was nothing they could do to get it picked up by July 8th.
The transport had to put on hold until the 21st as the contact for pick up was leaving town. I called around the 18th and tried to see if they could go ahead and get started looking for a driver as everything Irene said to me was a lie. They told me there was nothing they could do until the 21st. Wonderful way to work with customers indeed.
Then I say ok, ill call back the 23rd and see if they made any progress. A lady answered the phone said, "Why is this on hold" and hung up on me. They refused to answer the phone at all and then I had to call dispatch dept. and they told me they just received the order. The order was never taken off hold until I called and was hung up on.
I waited until the 9th business day and called back. Michelle looks at the order and acts surprised when the car wasn't picked up. She says let me research it and call you back. Every time I have been told this they never called back. I decide to let her work on it. I ask for a time frame on a return call. She says, " I do not give time frames". Thats not good customer service. She finally tells me she will call by the end of the business day. As expected, she doesn't call back. I call back and was hung up on 3 times until I was able to talk to Michelle. The information she has for me was, " We will call we when have more information". I want my $100 dollars back from my deposit at this point. She says I have to wait until tomorrow. After more conversation, she magically talks to the supervisor and refunds the deposit. Well see if I get the money back. As well, she's accused me of called 17 places and "has the proof". I called 3 places. One before this company, AT123 and after my call on the 23rd a place recommended to me by my car club from my other vehicle.
My vehicle is still stuck with AT123. When I called the other company after the 23rd they were not able to list my car because AT123 has my car listed on the general boards like every other broker. FYI, Irene promised they used their own drivers and I guess not since they list on the same boards as everyone else. Michelle during the final call swore up and down they are not a broker and I informed her another company was not able to list because I am under contract with AT123. She replied that company was lying to me and making excuses. I asked why a company would lie to a customer buying the most expensive transportation package. She had no answer.
In conclusion, I called many times and was either treated badly or ignored. Every single person I talked to was incredibly rude except for Irene who lied to get me to sign up. Everything I am saying is factual and not made up. I have no reason to lie, my life is complicated without two cars. All I wanted was my 2nd car at a reasonable cost. I am now paying almost $700 more for another company as I am desperate for that car. I have read the AT123 responses and i'm sure they will say I'm not telling the truth but I have no reason to lie. Anyone reading this, I have no reason to fabricate the truth and I hope you read this and stay away from this company.

Tara is completely correct we did not provide a driver in her allotted amount of time. We apologize for this inconvenience. We have since refunded her. Sorry again Tara hope you the best!
