Had a frank discussion with Ross about the industry, and he was very honest about what was involved and some of the dangers of entering into a contract with a company who has a very poor record. He was helpful in reviewing competitor's information, and was honest in his evaluation/summation of what can be expected from that service, and also showed me via transportreviews.com the ratings of other competitors. The pick was prompt - earlier and faster than expected, and I had no problems picking up my car. I WOULD recommend this service to anyone. Great experience.
