I just wanted to acknowledge Janine and her excellent customer service. She kept her cool in what was a frustrating and difficult situation, and kept me informed and calm throughout the entire process. She also made me laugh when I certainly needed it! I can only imagine how difficult her job must be with people yelling and complaining constantly, so I wanted to single her out for being such a pleasure to work with.
