Sales process was excellent and very very fair. As for arranging pick-up, they were very good at calling when they said they would and the pick up went exactly as described on the phone. The driver was extremely professional and very careful with the car. Car was delivered in the exact same shape it was loaded as and the delivery person was again onetime and did everything as promised. Couldn't be happier.
