Booked the same exact shipment with Tropical Auto carriers two weeks prior. Received terrible customer service and excuse after excuse. Tara told me that they would be different and to switch to them and the car would be taken care of. I put my faith in her and their company. One day after booking my car was scheduled and I received driver info the car was picked up and delivered a day prior to the estimated delivery date. When Auto Transport 123 says they are different from other carriers and will take care of your shipment in a timely fashion believe them. I have seen the other side of the coin and it's a position I'd never like to be in again. You can be held at the mercy of a transport broker and AT123 will not do that.
