Matt took the time to explain things to us and did not force us to sign up immediately. He understood the stress of moving and the need to really get more information before deciding on an auto-transport service especially with the type of cars that were were transporting. He was also quick to return phone calls when we had to ask him several clarifications and he was patient when explaining things to us. The driver assigned to us was very friendly and professional. He was immediately someone that we know we can entrust our cars to. He was smiling and interacted with us. He didn't just pick them... He was very reassuring. He also gave us a heads up when he was already in the area and he delivered our cars without any problem. We are happy with the service and will use this company again if ever we need to transport our cars. I am recommending this company to anybody who needs this service.
