Company that pick-ed up my car was very patient and helpfull. However, broker I think they are not 100% honest when booking a vehicle. Auto Transport 123 made it sound like they are using their own trucks and family members are the actual drivers and office employees. My vehicle was picked-up by another company that had nothing to do with Auto Transport 123 much less had any family members driving their trucks. My overall experience is good, but there is no need to make-up stories just to get the business. Honesty goes a long way.
