Good Service but few hiccups.

Ross assisted me in every detail on the order. But he did not update me the driver details until the last minute. He left it to me to coordinate with the driver. Driver was good. Picked it on time and promised to deliver it Sat evening or Sunday morning. I mentioned him that I will be reaching TX only Sat 6 PM. He mentioned he could wait and it should not be a problem. On Fri evening, I get a call from the driver and his company asking for a “favor”. He wanted someone to pick the car between 10 AM and 12 noon on sat. I had only one acquaintance in TX and I talked to him and arranged for it. Sat morning, when I was about to board a flight, I get a call asking to be picked by 9 AM. The driver and the company kept on calling me and were insisting that someone should pick it up. This created an issue for a while. No complaints on the 123 Auto transport but the driver and the company he worked did some trouble. Initially the asked for a “Favor” and then kept demanding that the vehicle should be picked up earlier than promised. It is good situation to have only when there is someone to pickup.
