Stressful beyond belief

When Auto Transport 123 followed up with me on how everything went and asked me to write a review they said I should only review their customer service, which was no 5-star service, but was pretty good. However, the carrier they hired to transport vehicles reflects solely on them as a company so I will never use this company again and feel they deserve a one star rating.

Pros: Paid the price they gave and cars arrived earlier than expected

Cons: Called on Wednesday and had a flight a week from Friday so my cars (2) HAD to be gone within a week and a day. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem. FALSE. One was picked up at 10:00 PM the night before my flight and the other was picked up ON Friday and I had to leave the responsibility with a friend. Very inconvenient for both of us. Oh, and the one picked up Thursday night didn't have a carrier until Wednesday afternoon- extremely stressful not having a carrier in place with less than 48 hours until a flight.

Ross told me I could put up to 100 lbs of items in each car. When one car was picked up the carrier harassed me that I could not have any personal property in the car and that they would charge me. Of course, this was 10:00 at night and no one at Auto Transport 123 was available. Thankfully I didn't get charged extra.

When the car was delivered they wanted ME to come pick up the car even though it was "door to door service." They had dropped off other cars at a location and in the meantime too my car off the carrier and didn't want to put it back on to deliver to me. At first I refused, but after 15 minutes passed and they were still not making any progress to deliver the car (mind you, I had an appointment for a house viewing that evening after waiting ALL DAY for this car to be delivered) I decided to go pick it up. I'm obviously new to the area and the address they gave me was not clear so after driving around for an HOUR I said enough is enough and insisted they brought it to me. I missed my house appointment and it was unbelievably inconvenient and beyond stressful.
