I was satisfied with their service. They are an auto broker who finds a transport company for you. So, any damages that occur isn't really their fault but that of the transport company. I was lucky enough to not experience some of the negative things other people experienced, probably because I had a better carrier assigned to my job.

I was checking out other companies when looking for auto123 and I did find a company who would do it for $200 cheaper, but auto123 showed me the negative reviews and talked me out of it. Funny thing was both companies booked the same transporter, but auto123 charged 200 more. So lesson learned, it's not the broker that counts, it's the transport company they book that matters. They all book from the same pool of transporters by throwing your job out on a list that someone eventually replies to. In the end you get the same thing done, so go for the more competitive price and don't be scared away by bad reviews. In fact, the best thing is to find your own auto carrier rather than go through any of the brokers listed here, just make a few phone calls until you find one that can do the pick up. Better than paying the broker a $300 finders fee.

And don't let Auto123 scare you out of going for another company, because they will search for bad reviews and email them to you. If you do enough searching in yelp and this site you will see not even Auto123 had a clean review record.

Also, I was offered to be entered in a $300 raffle if I put up a five star review. So.... Be careful about any 5 star review for Auto123, as I'm sure it's biased. The drawing is at the end of the month, so watch the 5 star reviews pour in.
