There was some confusion about my account initially because another company posted on a national board that they had booked my transport. Auto Transport 123 was under the impression that I had booked with another company, so they didn't arrange for my car to be picked up until we resolved the confusion.

Janine worked very hard to get a driver to pick up my vehicle and endured many phone calls and emails (some not so nice) from me. She was this company's saving grace in this case because I was on the verge of canceling.

If you make arrangements to have your car shipped, I recommend that you make sure you confirm everything a few weeks before your pick up date.
