First time to ship a car. Much trepidation. And when first transporter proved unreliable, thought, Oh, no! Here we go! But within a week Janine, Matt and owner Keith found someone else to move our car (Nebraska, not your typical destination). And, when the hauler needed an additional $125, Auto Transport 123 refunded that amount from our original deposit. HOW ABOUT THAT! Would I use 123 again? Heck yes! Would I recommend them? Of course! Don't know if they were ever Scouts, but they are certainly helpful, friendly, courteous, and, above all, TRUSTWORTHY. Thanks, Janine, Matt and Keith, and others behind the scenes I never dealt with.
