Hello everyone,

I want to tell everyone how personable and fantastic this company is. I initially went with "Universal Transport" because of what "Alan" told me on the phone. He sold me a lie and he charged me a 200.00 deposit. After not having my vehicle picked up for a few days I called "Transport 123" and was immediately helped. Janine and John (who has a sexy voice on the phone !) were honest and helpful. My vehicle arrived in Texas as stated within my contract. The best part of shipping my vehicle was that I was able to have direct contact with my driver during the entire trip. I was able to track what state he was in, rest stops, etc....which is comforting for a person like myself, who has never used a civilian transportation agency (the Army usually ships my vehicles). I know it can be overwhelming looking for an agency to transport your vehicle and I also know that you will be nervous putting your vehicle in someone else's hands, but TRUST me when I say TRANSPORT 123 is the best! By the way, I was able to pay cash upon delivery which was awesome and very convenient for me! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future, especially my Soldiers!
