Mechalia was excellent in explaining and follow-through for a first time skeptical customer! She patiently reviewed all details with me explaining the process from the charges to the pickup/delivery methods. She connected me with thier friendly staff of drivers who picked my Lexus up early and delivered it earlier than expected! This was convenient for me also since I decided at the last minute to ship my car. It took about 1 week from my first call to having my car delivered from coast to coast in great shape! I would highly suggest using Autotransport 123 and requesting Mechalia!
