The car was picked up in a reasonable amount of time. We ended up not being home for the pickup but they were accomodating and worked with a friend of ours to get the vehicle taken care of. The drop off was extremely fast and it would have been nice to get a call 24 hours before drop off, but overall it was a good experience.
