Dear Russell,
We apologize for prematurely billing you. As per our agreement with you, you were not to be billed until on our carrier, we did bill you a few hours before the car was on the actual carrier. You placed your order on at 10:27am 5/6/13, dispatched for pick up @ 5:00pm 5/6/13 as you wrote our records indicate you were billed at approx. 2:00pm. Our sincerest apologies. Please remember Russell as you wrote you were going to use us again most likely based upon the excellent service provided to you not the mere accounting discrepncy. We hope you can reconsider if you do we will be happy to offer a nice discount for a return customer as we always do! Thanks for the comments!
