I came upon Auto 123 after a HORRIBLE experience with Transport Connection. The so-called CEO of Transport Connection (Bill Avrich) harassed me over the phone for not opting to go with their company. The last sentence is putting it lightly, but this review is not about them; it's about Auto Transport 123. Let's just say that my experience with Transport connection soured me on this industry from the get-go. All I knew is that I serve in the United States Army and I needed my vehicle shipped from Oklahoma to the DC area and that I needed hassle-free, guaranteed and reliable service. I had a tight timeline to make my logistics arrangements from the transport of my car, to my flight arrangements, to scheduling moving services.

After having dealt with such a magnanimous jerk (Bill Avrich from Transport Connection), I assumed that everyone that was in this transport business had similar ethics and values, thus I wasn't too confident that my needs would be met.

This is when I received a phone call from Aaron from Auto Transport 123, who was refreshingly polite, professional and attentive to my needs. He assured me that I would be taken care of and that his company prided themselves on excellent customer service. I went with it. Although my scheduled pick up was a little later than my available date, Aaron assured me that the delivery would occur within the time frame that I had provided and at the price that he quoted me, which is exactly what happened.

Auto Transport 123 delivered on all of their promises and put my car in my hands literally a block away from my apartment complex. More importantly, they restored my faith in the fact that there are still principled business owners out there who pride themselves on good old fashioned customer service.
