Monique explained to me that AT123 is a family owned and operated business for many years.
This was the first time I'd ever shipped a car and we were shipping from a dealership in Florida to Washington state. Monique at AT123 was fabulous and I'm a bit high maintenance but she walked me thru every step of the process. AT123 worked with the dealership, the dealership got it loaded on a saturday and it was in Washington state on wednesday. When it got to Washington, they called and said it was ready to be delivered. Since i was at work and couldn't get home they offered to deliver it to my work. So at lunch time i walked out to the parking lot, watched them off load the car, signed for it and I was done.Car was delivered in perfect condition, not a scratch on it. This process was so easy that i'm even more inclined to purchase cars this way in the future knowing there is a reliable shipping company that will make sure it is here safe.
