Terrible CS from emploees to managers!

I feel very sorry for picking Autotransport123 as my shipping carrier!

I was charged twice by this company because of their own mistake, that at first they didn't want to accept. Later on they accepted that they screwed up and promised to refund one of the double-charged amounts. And so it's been ALMOST 5 months, and I still didn't get anything back, except for IGNORED Emails!

Needless to mention that I spend almost two hours helping a driver to physically upload my motorcycle on the truck. What was supposed to be a door-to-door delivery, turned out to be a whole bunch of extra physical work for myself.
I'm also spending my precious time for all the emails and phone calls to resolve this problem. And I don't think this is right!

DO NOT USE Autotransport123!!!!!!!

We do not have 1300+ customers raving about our service because we double charge customers and do not respond to emails. This customer gave a declined credit card to begin the transaction was charged our standard reservation fee and has been calling/emailing claiming a double charge for 6 months. We confirmed with our merchant and his credit card company on 3 different occasions this did not happen. As per you helping load the motorcycle if you claim to have a operational bike and the driver gets there but the bike does not run you have the option of paying an inop fee or helping load. We know which option you choose Vlad. I do not know how that makes it not door to door delivery as stated in your review?
