This quote was created at 12:10 , the order was created at 12:13 as you can see below. I don't know how long and specific the conversation really could have been. The customer requested to get him out ASAP without wanting to pay an expedite. We dispatched his order to our first available carrier to have him picked up the very next day. The customer said he looked up reviews of our first carrier and did not want to use him. We said give us a few more hours and we will arrange a new carrier. By 4:36 we dispatched a 2nd carrier for this customers order within 6 hours of him placing his order. Once we dispatched it to our 2nd carrier we received 7 emails stating to cancel the order. We hold a perfect reputation on this website we will not be strong armed into refunding money on orders where we have done absolutely nothing wrong. When Bogdan Badiu threatened this bad review if we did not refund his money we decided that is exactly the reason we will not be refunding him. Furthermore we did not call Bogdan Badiu for his business he found us on this very website and called into us directly.
