I was very hesitant to choose a moving company out of the blue, but I was very happy with my choice of Auto Transport 123. The customer service was very good and they were very accommodating with me and my family. We had originally scheduled a day for pickup, but then realized some work needed to be done on the vehicle before it was picked up. We called them back to reschedule the time and they were very accommodating. The only problem we encountered was the truck that was supposed to come pick up the vehicle broke down the day before my car was supposed to be picked up. It took them some time to get the truck fixed, but they called us frequently with updates on the truck. The truck was then picked up in Maryland and delivered to Arizona within five days. I was impressed with the timing. They called me when they were two hours away from the delivery location and arrived promptly. The vehicle was in good condition. I checked for any damage and found none. They were nice and accommodating. I appreciated their help and would use them again in the future.
