We found the entire process very positive. The people at Auto Transport 123 were responsive, courteous and professional. This was our first car shipment. Mechalia from 123 was very helpful in clarifying the process. Our shipment was rush order but 123 was able to meet our timeline. The car was picked up and delivered exactly as planned, and we had the driver contact information if needed (which we didn’t). The shipment cost was exactly what we were quoted with no additional charges. When it comes time for our next shipment we will call on Auto Transport 123 again without hesitation.
