I would recommend Auto Transport 123 in a New York minute! I am one of those people that performs due diligence, and as the old saying goes, ‘the cream always rises to the top’ which made the decision process so easy to choose Auto Transport 123. I was assigned a very sharp Customer Service Rep. that stayed with me throughout the entire process. She was thorough, meticulous, efficient, patient and pleasant the entire time. My e-mails were returned within an hour or less of my sending. This was my first time to ever ship a vehicle and she reassured me every step of the way.

I feel it necessary to note that while performing my research I spoke with several people/companies, and unfortunately, came across someone that was not professional. He cursed at me and used racial slurs while referring to his competitors. I caution anyone that is preparing to ship to beware before shipping with Transport Connection. I have never felt more violated or accosted over the telephone while dealing with a ‘professional’.

On a positive note, based on my shipping experience you can’t go wrong using Auto Transport 123. Thank you!
